Day 1 - No More Trouble Zones/Banish Fat Boost Metabolism

Breakfast: 
Jimmy Dean Pancakes & Sausage on a stick, and 3 tbsp all white egg whites - 295 cals
Lunch: 
Homemade Green Chicken Enchilada, monterey jack cheese, daisy sour cream, 1/2 can  pepsi - 559 cals
Dinner: 
Fresh Express Baby Spinach, Leafy Green Romaine, Grilled Tilapia, & Kraft Ranch Dressing - 253 cals
Snacks: 
Crunch Pak Sweet Apples and 1 Smooth Vanilla Nutrisystem Protein Shake 140 cals

CALORIES ATE: 

295+559+253+140= 1207

WORKOUT(S):
Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones 41 minutes of workout 744 calories burned
Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism 38 minutes of workout 723 calories burned

CALORIES BURNED:
744+723= 1467

According to Myfitnesspal.com in 5 weeks - should be down 23.8 lbs

NOTE:  Healthy lbs loss per week is 2 lbs

MY THOUGHTS:  

I was not trying to burn more calories then I ate.  I was trying out two dvd's to see if they would work together.  In the past I have done the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and lost weight, but not inches.  I've done No More Trouble Zones, and lost inches but not weight.

So combining the two is what I plan to do for the next 30 days.  Now I know there are some days that I will not be able to workout for 80 minutes, but I will still at least do one and post about it here.
